To celebrate New Year’s Eve, why not escape the city to Lindenderry at Red Hill on the splendid Mornington Peninsula?

Start with a glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne and canapés, followed by a six-course degustation dinner in Linden Tree designed and prepared by our executive Chef, Michael Greenlaw (ex Vue De Monde and Atlantis The Palm in Dubai). This extravagant dinner will be matched with the tunes of a live band which will play throughout the night. The morning after, breakfast will be served in the restaurant, and will include a champagne and Campari bar, which will also serve Bloody Marys.
