I am a 22 year old Female and I am renting out the other half of my studio (At Artspace8 in Mornington)

The studio is 16sq and we have a kitchen with a fridge and microwave, toilet room and gallery space for exhibitions

I am a graphic designer and I am in the studio from 8-6 on week days.

The studio is $230 a month, including water, electricity and wifi.

The studio is super flexible and you can come and go as you please, any day, any time.
