Partnering with our friends at Appellation Oysters and Champagne Pommery, we are opening the Terrace lawn with our Rocket caravan for an afternoon of freshly shucked oysters, Pommery Champagne and sunset beats by Mad Hatters’ very own, Eliza Jacobs.

Pre-purchase your ticket to receive half-dozen petite Appellation Oysters, a glass of Pommery, access into the Sculpture Park and a chance to win one of five copies of the ‘Rock Oyster Guide’ as part of our lucky door prize.

We will be serving up $4 Appellation Oysters on the day from our Rocket caravan along with glasses of Pommery for $23.
