Every Friday night, Hawkes Farm Kitchen opens up after the Farm Market has closed to serve the Best Of Local around an open fire.

From Flinders mussels to local meats and cheeses – served with locally-baked sourdough and Hawkes potato hot chips and fries – cooked up by Hawkes’ very own French chefs Val and Arthur.
