Complimenting the relaxed charm of Red Hill Brewery, Jack’s Canteen is an extension of the esteemed Jack Frost Restaurant at Mt Hotham.

Sarah, Lisa, and Sean (the core team behind Jack’s) now finding their summer home in Red Hill will immerse your guests in the impeccable fusion of authentic bar fare and the meticulously crafted brews of Red Hill Brewery.

Their welcoming small town charm of Mt Hotham, now delights visitors during a Summer at Red Hill, and they’re ready to serve and greet your guests with an unforgettable experience.

The team eagerly anticipates reconnecting with old friends in the area and forging new connections.

At Jack’s Canteen, the menu pays homage to the simplicity and gratification of bar cuisine, where ‘Casual Meets Craft.’ From the invigorating “Let it Rip” beer-battered Flathead Tacos to the robust Smoked Cheddar & Jalapeno Bratwurst, perfect match to the Red Hill Brewery’s craft beers, and ingredients are locally sourced on the Mornington Peninsula.

As the sun sets behind the gum trees, the brewery evolves into a tranquil haven, inviting your guests to relish the twilight hours with food all day, early dinners, cool vibes, a refreshing beer in hand, and the conviviality of good company.

The bar and kitchen now boasts extended trading hours from Jan 1st to Jan 28th, with both open seven days a week from 11am to 7pm!

Stay tuned to social media channels for public holiday weekends and special events throughout the summer holidays, including Happy Hour each Thursday and Friday, featuring $12 Summer Spritz, $5 pots of beer, and $1 wings.
