Indulge in an unforgettable winemaker experience at Audrey’s on November 9th, as we welcome Dean O’Reily, the Prestige Champagne Ambassador for Moët Hennessy.
This event is so special that we’ve made a rare exception, moving it from the usual first Saturday of the month to the second Saturday, to accommodate this unique opportunity.
With over 20 years of experience in the champagne and wine industry, Dean has spent the last 15 years with Moët Hennessy in various roles. His passion for Champagne shines through as he shares the rich stories of the region, its diverse wine styles, and the exceptional teams behind them.
Guests will have the unique opportunity to taste some of the most spectacular wines from the Moët Hennessy house of brands, including Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Veuve, Krug and Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage. Paired with a meticulously curated four-course menu featuring luxurious offerings such as caviar and oysters, this is a rare chance to experience the effervescent charm and distinctive elegance of premium champagne flavours under the expert guidance of Dean O’Reily.
