An extension of the exclusive Back Vintage Wine Sale held annually in December, this will be our third Back Vintage Dinner at Paringa Estate.
Join us for a unique experience to taste and celebrate past Paringa vintages with winemaker Lindsay McCall.
Head Chef Nick McGonigal will design a stunning three course menu, paired with nine of Lindsay’s favourite back vintage wines.
$195 per person.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase back vintage wines at the event.
