Joined by artist and storyteller Deborah Adelin as well as dedicated yoga facilitator Sophie Davidson, this experience is designed to facilitate deep rest through gentle supported movement of the body accompanied by the beautiful and healing sounds of live cello.

Hosted in our Wellness Centre Studio, experience Cello & Restorative Yoga in a 90 minute session at 4:30pm, followed by an hour of Recharge bathing at 6:30pm.
