This class is designed to give people the confidence to impress their guests and put on a show! It’s about learning some tricks and techniques so you can serve meals that are appealing to the eye but can be prepared ahead of time. This is a savoury class with the focus on appetisers and canape’s, finger food and items to be enjoyed with cocktails and friends.
The Georgie Bass Cafe & Cookery at Flinder’s Hotel is set amongst kitchen gardens and offers a series of hands-on cooking classes, led by industry-leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, so everything works perfectly!
$125 per person.
