Join MP Experience and chef Max Paganoni from Max’s at Red Hill Estate as we celebrate the mysterious mushroom. Enjoy and informative saunter through autumnal Red Hill and discover Max’s favourite mushrooming spots.
Following the forage, Max will explain the preparation and cooking of the mushrooms
collected as guests enjoy a tasting plate and a glass of Estate wine.
