Paringa Estate head chef Adam Beckett presents a five-course degustation portrait of the Mornington Peninsula, not just by using local and seasonal produce but by designing each course to depict an iconic location or visual element of the region.
This unique dinner will be accompanied by wines grown and made on the Estate, including some museum bottles from the cellar, presented by Paringa Estate owner and winemaker Lindsay McCall.
