Join us to celebrate the triumph of the truffle, with an afternoon hunt, degustation dinner in Doot Doot Doot, and night enjoying Jackalope’s luxury accommodation. The hunt, dinner and digs can be booked as a package or individually.

HUNT (1pm)
Red Hill Truffles’ Jenny McAuley and her dog Thomas will show you the truffiere and give you the opportunity to find a truffle under an oak or hazelnut tree, in the rich volcanic soil of Red Hill. While on the hunt, learn about the history of the Red Hill Truffle farm and the mystery of the black truffle. Discover the intoxicating aroma and hear about the unique difference that truffles will bring to Doot Doot Doot’s dishes.

DINE (7pm)
Sit down to dinner under the golden glow of Doot Doot Doot’s 10,000-globe chandelier and feast on a specially made five-course truffle-fueled tasting menu, served with matched wines.

STAY
Enjoy the night in a 38 sqm Vineyard View room and wake to stunning views over Jackalope infinity pool and vines. Breakfast is included.
