Why Seawinds?

At Seawinds ELC, they champion the magic of the great outdoors and the incredible benefits it brings to a child’s development. Their exceptionally large indoor and outdoor play areas are perfect for kids to explore and connect with nature, boosting their confidence and social skills.

A Play-Based Learning Environment

Seawinds ELC offers play-based programs designed to ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning. Through daily activities, your child will gain confidence, make friendships, and develop essential life skills. Guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), your child receives the best start to their educational journey.

Community and Connection

Seawinds isn’t just a place for kids; it’s a community hub where families come together. They value the role of families as their child’s first teachers and strive to work in partnership with you to meet your child’s needs. Join the Parents and Friends Committee, participate in classroom activities, or simply enjoy a coffee while watching your child play.

The intergenerational program at Regis Aged Care, coupled with the exceptional stability of long-term staff exceeding 10 years and low turnover rates, presents a rare and valuable offering in today’s childcare landscape. Children and families benefit immensely from the consistent presence of highly experienced educators during drop off and pick up times, fostering a secure and predictable environment. This stability enhances communication, trust, and continuity of care, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and support tailored to their needs. Amidst widespread staff shortages and instability in other services, Regis Aged Care’s commitment to a stable, permanent teaching team reflects a dedication to quality and consistency that is deeply valued by both current and prospective families.
