MP Skin Check

It's not a stretch to say that we're all familiar with the "slip, slop, slap" message; however, new research says the risk of skin damage under the sun's rays must be taken more seriously. In a world-first study, researchers from the ANU and NZIWAR found that, on average, regions like the Mornington Peninsula and cities like Melbourne only experienced two days a year where there wasn't enough UV to get sun damage. Two days! They found that even if the UV index is low and if you're outside for more than 15 minutes... you're at risk. Making sure you prioritise a skin check is just as important as a health check.

Little Alpaca

Trudy Baker's 'Little Alpaca' boutique is almost as endearing as the collections of wonderfully soft luxury fibres she stocks. To us, it's a one-stop natural fibre destination. It's the kind of store that specialises in original products with traditional craftsmanship designed by true creatives, and that's what makes it tick. Trudy stocks elegant, hand crafted women's & men's fashions. All products are made with the highest of standards. The fibres in the shop are always soft and easily worn against the skin, and you will find alpaca, merino, possum, cashmere, mohair, silk, cotton, and linen.

Farrell’s Bookshop

To us, Farrell’s Bookshop is everything Jen Campbel describes and more.  Currently celebrating their 40th year of service in the heart of Mornington, Farrell’s was founded in 1978 by Roy and Liz Farrell, who set up the shop initially in Mornington’s Woolworth’s building. Today you can find it on the corner of Main and Barkly Street and has recently undergone a significant transformation - get in there, good will come of it, we promise.

Beach Retreat

Marrying striking architecture and enviable positioning within paces of South Beach, this striking four-bedroom home offers all the spoils of seaside living for permanent residents or holidaymakers alike. Gazing out across the Western Port coastline and a cobalt expanse of the bay, the spacious two-storey design flaunts elegant living areas on both levels, while a dedicated dining zone beneath a high cathedral ceiling is flanked by tall sliding glass doors opening to an entertainer’s balcony back dropped by the bay.
