The Quintessential Coastal Hideaway

Positioned within an exceedingly rare beachside enclave of only a handful of homes cossetted by the Merricks Creek Reserve, this 2-storey seaside hideaway is awash in coastal serenity and balmy bay breezes just 150m to the yacht club and foreshore! The epitome of laidback beachside living, the 4BR abode is defined by a relaxed coastal aesthetic throughout, while a striking contemporary kitchen impresses with waterfall-edge stone benchtops, a dishwasher, an integrated fridge and a Miele oven and an induction cooktop. The lower lounge and dining zone spill out via sliding glass doors to a tranquil terrace, while the upper lounge with a wet bar is flanked by dual bifold doors to a vast balcony gazing out across the treetops of the reserve.
