Our peninsula is jam packed full of exciting things to do and magnificent artisanal makers, this nine course degustation is being held at JimmyRum to celebrate three of our local Dark spirits producers of Brandy, rum and Whisky.

JimmyRum Chef Denny Wakley will be matching nine of his culinary creations with beautifully aged spirits from Bass and Flinders Fine Brandy, Chief’s Son Single Malt Whisky and JimmyRum Premium Rums.

An event and education not to be missed, with the three founders onsite for this combined masterclass of fine dark spirits, all produced on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

$110 per head.
