This ‘Single Vineyard’ pinot noir comes from a few rows of their oldest vines in the estate vineyard, which are now over 30 years old. It is the quintessential expression of their unique site in Red Hill South.
The evening will be celebrated with Paringa Estate’s three The Paringa wines – 2018 The Paringa Chardonnay, 2018 The Paringa Pinot Noir & 2018 The Paringa Shiraz, perfectly paired with a three course menu designed by Head Chef Joel Alderson.
